Noel is a native to the Des Moines metro who has been working at Core PT since 2018. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, after studying Athletic Training at Central College. Noel has completed multiple courses to further her craniosacral, myofascial, and visceral mobilization techniques. These techniques have allowed Noel to take a whole-body approach to caring for her patients.

After becoming a mom and having a difficult breastfeeding experience, Noel developed a passion for using craniosacral and myofascial techniques to help babies and parents facing similar feeding challenges. These gentle approaches drastically changed her own nursing journey with her daughter.

She strives to help many other parents and children have the same successful outcome in their feeding journeys, whether by bottle or breast. She has also had great success helping babies suffering from digestive troubles, torticollis, or other discomfort within their bodies.

As a physical therapist, Noel aims to manage each patient interaction with grace, compassion, and encouragement.
