Mary Beth Wims is an Iowa native who has been practicing at Core since 2017. Meet Mary Beth

A good friend of mine recommended Core Physical Therapy to me when my sciatic pain flared up. I’m so thankful I went! MaryBeth was such a great help to me. She took time to evaluate me, listened to my concerns and suggested exercises specific to me and my needs. The myofascial work she did was amazing and beneficial with the strengthening exercises she recommended for my specific needs. I highly recommend Core PT for anyone with pain!

My symptoms and pain management have really improved since receiving care from Mary Beth. She is a very caring provider and attentive to your needs. Her technique is unique and exactly what I needed after my other provider advised additional care was needed to continue to progress my recovery.

This place is amazing. The front desk ladies are so incredibly kind and organized and helpful. I see Mary Beth and am a somewhat difficult case, and I just cannot possibly say enough good things about the care I receive from her. She is kind and genuinely cares about what’s going on. She listens very carefully to the other doctors that I’m working with so she fully understands what I need, in order to provide the best care possible. She has changed my quality of life very significantly. She also sends me home with exercises that truly help, which makes me feel like I am able to do things to improve myself too – very empowering. I would recommend Core in a heartbeat, with no hesitation whatsoever!
