Meet Blake

My journey at Core Physical Therapy in West Des Moines, Iowa, wasn’t just about recovering from my total knee replacement surgery; it was about rediscovering my core strength and resilience. And honestly, I couldn’t have done it without the incredible staff, especially Blake Hardy.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a wave of friendly faces and genuine warmth. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, putting me at ease immediately. But the true star of the show was Blake. His expertise and knowledge were impressive, but it was his compassion and encouragement that truly set him apart.
Blake tailored my physical therapy plan specifically to my needs and goals. He never pushed me beyond my limits, but he always challenged me to reach my full potential. His unwavering belief in me, even when I doubted myself, was a cornerstone of my recovery.
His sessions were never monotonous. Blake incorporated a variety of techniques and exercises that kept things engaging and effective. He explained everything clearly and patiently, ensuring I understood the purpose of each exercise and how it contributed to my progress.
But beyond the physical, Blake understood the emotional and mental toll of surgery. He was a great listener, offering support and a sense of humor that kept my spirits high throughout the process. He celebrated my small victories and helped me navigate setbacks with optimism and perseverance.
Thanks to Blake and the amazing team at Core Physical Therapy, I’m stronger and more mobile than I ever thought possible after my knee surgery. I walk with confidence, and my knee feels better than ever.
If you’re looking for a physical therapy clinic that goes above and beyond, look no further than Core Physical Therapy in West Des Moines. And if you’re lucky enough, ask for Blake Hardy. He’ll guide you back to your core strength, both physically and emotionally, with a smile and a can-do attitude.
Five stars, hands down!

I have sent a few patients that needed a different approach to Blake. He did a great job. He gave patients realistic explanations for recovery time and exercises to do at home that are easy and effective. I am glad to have a reliable Physical Therapist to refer to when needed. Blake does a great job.

I’ve been a client of Blake Hardy’s since April of 2014. Blake is professional, patient and has a vast amount of knowledge about the body, how it gets injured, and how it best heals. He is able to explain, in layman’s terms, what is going on with my body and give me the exercises and best practices to heal.

Kathy, at the front desk is an added gem, always pleasant, always helpful.

I highly recommend CORE Physical Therapy.

From the moment I walked into Core I was so impressed. Beautiful facility and the most helpful and pleasant staff.
Blake was my therapist and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. The best therapist I have ever been to. And I have been to several in the area before. No comparison. He’s so well skilled at his profession and helped me tremendously. Thank you Blake!!!! I would NEVER go anywhere else.
