Hurt my shoulder years ago and hoped it would heal on it’s own. I was at a point of needing surgery due to the pain and thought I’d try PT first. Went to Core and met with Kate D. She was empathic, and I felt that she truly listened to my concerns. With her help, my pain has been reduced from a level 9 to a 1 in a 6 month time frame.  I would highly recommend Kate & CORE if you’re struggling. If you’re committed to do the exercises and stretches, she can help you! The two gals at the front desk are great too..entire office is kind.
